Accommodation Agreement
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
1.The accommodation contract and any related agreements between the facility and the guest shall be governed by the terms stipulated herein. Matters not specified in this agreement shall be governed by applicable laws and generally accepted customs.
2.If the facility agrees to a special arrangement that does not violate applicable laws or customs, such arrangement shall take precedence over the provisions of this agreement.
Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)
1.A party wishing to apply for an accommodation contract must provide the facility with the following details:
- Date of stay and estimated time of arrival
- Accommodation fee (based on the standard rate in Appendix 1)
- Guest’s name

- Payment method
- If applying on behalf of a business or company: name of the organization, name of the representative, phone number, and email address
- Any other details the facility deems necessary
2.If a guest wishes to extend their stay beyond the initially agreed period, the facility shall consider this request as a new application for an accommodation contract at the time of submission.
Article 3 (Conclusion of Accommodation Contract)
1.An accommodation contract shall be deemed established once the facility accepts the application and confirms the reservation. However, if the facility provides evidence that it did not accept the application, this shall not apply.
2.The deposit shall be applied in the following order:
- Toward the total accommodation fee payable by the guest
- In cases where Article 6 or Article 18 applies, the deposit shall be used to cover penalties and compensation in that order
- Any remaining balance shall be refunded in accordance with Article 12, except when a prepaid accommodation contract is terminated prematurely. Refunds shall be issued within seven days after cancellation unless discounts were applied, in which case the adjusted amount based on the required stay duration shall be settled
3.If the guest fails to pay the deposit by the specified date, the accommodation contract shall become void. However, this only applies if the facility has explicitly informed the guest of the payment deadline.
Article 4 (Exemption from Deposit Payment)
1.Notwithstanding Article 3, Paragraph 2, the facility may enter into special arrangements exempting the guest from paying a deposit upon contract establishment.
2.If the facility does not request a deposit or specify a payment deadline upon accepting an accommodation application, it shall be treated as having agreed to such an exemption.
Article 5 (Refusal to Conclude Accommodation Contract)
The facility may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in the following cases:
- When the application does not comply with this agreement
- When there are no available rooms due to full occupancy
- When the prospective guest is likely to engage in activities that violate laws, public order, or moral standards
- When the prospective guest is confirmed to have a contagious disease
- When unreasonable demands exceeding normal accommodation service expectations are made
- When accommodation is rendered impossible due to natural disasters, facility malfunctions, or other unavoidable reasons
Article 6 (Guest’s Right to Terminate the Accommodation Contract)
1.Guests may terminate their accommodation contract by notifying the facility.
2.If the termination is due to reasons attributable to the guest, the facility may charge a cancellation fee as outlined in Appendix 2. However, if the termination occurs before the payment deadline specified in Article 3, Paragraph 2, and the facility has requested payment in advance, the cancellation fee will not apply.
3.If the guest fails to arrive by 10:00 PM on the check-in day without prior notice (or two hours after the scheduled arrival time if specified in advance), the facility may deem the contract as canceled by the guest.
Article 7 (Facility’s Right to Terminate the Accommodation Contract)
1.The facility may cancel the accommodation contract under the following circumstances:
- If the guest is likely to engage in activities violating laws, public order, or morality, or if such actions have already occurred.
- If the guest is confirmed to have a contagious disease.
- If the guest makes unreasonable demands beyond a reasonable accommodation service.
- If the facility is unable to provide accommodation due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances.
- If the guest smokes in prohibited areas, uses fire-related equipment in the room, tampers with firefighting equipment, or violates any safety-related Facility Regulations.
2.If the facility cancels the contract under these provisions, any charges for unused accommodations or services will not be collected.
Article 8 (Guest Registration)

Article 9 (Room Usage Time)
1.Guests may use the facility from 4:00 PM to 10:00 AM the following day. However, for consecutive stays, guests may use the facility throughout the day, except on check-in and check-out days.
2.The facility may allow usage outside the designated hours upon request. In such cases, an additional fee of 1,000 yen per hour (1,100 yen including tax) will be charged.
Article 10 (Compliance with Facility Regulations)
Guests must comply with the facility’s regulations, which are displayed within the premises or on the facility’s website.
Article 11 (Operating Hours)
1.The operating hours for the main facility are as follows:
- Accommodation Facility: 4:00 PM – 10:00 AM
Operating hours for other facilities are provided in their respective notices.
2.In cases where changes to the operating hours are necessary due to unavoidable circumstances, the facility will notify guests through appropriate means.
Article 12 (Payment of Fees)
1.The details and calculation method for accommodation fees payable by the guest shall be as outlined in Appendix 1.
2.Accommodation fees shall be paid by the following methods:
- Prepayment: After the accommodation request, payment shall be made via bank transfer or an approved credit card (electronic payment method) upon invoicing by the facility.
- Post-payment: Payment shall be made in cash or an approved credit card (electronic payment method) upon departure.
3.If the facility has prepared the guest’s room and made it available for use, but the guest voluntarily decides not to stay, the accommodation fee will still be charged.
Article 13 (Facility’s Liability)
If the facility causes damage to the guest due to non-performance or improper execution of the accommodation contract or related agreements, the facility will compensate for the damage up to the amount of the accommodation fee. However, if the damage is not attributable to the facility, this limitation does not apply.
Article 14 (Handling of Facility Unavailability)
1.If the facility is unable to provide the reserved accommodation, it will seek the guest’s approval to arrange an alternative lodging at another accommodation facility. (Depending on availability, individual rooms may be arranged instead.)
2.If the facility is unable to provide the reserved accommodation, the accommodation contract will be canceled, and prepaid accommodation fees will be refunded.
Article 15 (Handling of Deposited Items)
1.The facility shall not compensate for any loss, damage, or deterioration of guests’ personal belongings, cash, or valuables. Guests are responsible for managing their valuables. The same applies even if items are entrusted to the facility.
Article 16 (Storage of Guests’ Luggage and Personal Belongings)
1.If a guest’s luggage arrives at the facility before their stay, the facility will store it only if prior arrangements have been made. The luggage will be handed over to the guest upon check-in. (Since the facility offers exclusive rental of an entire building, luggage may be stored separately if other reservations exist.)
2.If a guest leaves luggage or personal belongings at the facility after check-out, the facility will not proactively contact the guest. If the guest contacts the facility, the facility will follow the guest’s instructions (e.g., shipping the item, for which actual costs will be charged). If the facility receives no instructions or cannot identify the owner, the item will be stored for seven days from the date of discovery before disposal. (Items may also be reported to the nearest police station.)
3.The facility’s responsibility for storing guests’ luggage and personal belongings shall be subject to Article 15, Paragraph 1.
Article 17 (Parking Liability)
Guests who use the facility’s parking area do so at their own risk. Regardless of whether they entrust their car keys to the facility, the facility assumes no responsibility for vehicle management, including accidents or other troubles. (The parking area has a steep incline, and vehicles with low ground clearance may risk damage to the undercarriage when entering.)
Article 18 (Guest’s Responsibility)
If the facility suffers damage due to intentional or negligent acts by the guest, the guest shall compensate the facility for the damage incurred.
